Open Rewards dashboard. Find out if Microsoft Rewards is available in your region or language. Note: Buying items from the Microsoft Store on Xbox or searching on Bing.com may not earn points in all countries/regions.

If you want to track your Microsoft Rewards order after you redeem an award, sign in to the Rewards page with your Microsoft account, select Redeem and then select Order history. On the Order history page, find your order and then look under Status. Open Rewards dashboard.

Select your Xbox profile (or select Choose a profile and sign in to your account). Select My profile > Customize profile, and then select your current gamertag. Under Choose your new gamertag, enter the gamertag that you want in the available text box, and then select Check availability.
