If your system is asking you for your BitLocker recovery key, the following information may help you locate your recovery key and understand why you're being asked to provide it. Important: Microsoft support is unable to provide, or recreate, a lost BitLocker recovery key.

It's a good idea to create a recovery drive. That way, if your PC ever experiences a major issue such as hardware failure, you'll be able to use the recovery drive to reinstall Windows 11. Windows updates to improve security and PC performance periodically, so we recommend you recreate the recovery drive annually.

All Outlook Data Files (.pst) and Offline Data Files (.ost) are listed along with the name of the account the files are associated with. If you cannot open your Outlook data file or suspect that the file is damaged, use the Inbox Repair tool (scanpst.exe) to repair errors in the file.

In the search box on the taskbar, type System Information, right-click System Information in the list of results, then select Run as administrator. Or you can select the Start button, and then under Windows Administrative Tools, select System Information. At the bottom of the System Information window, find Device Encryption Support.

Select the Files or Shared tab in the meeting chat, channel, or meeting in calendar. Find and select the file. Select More options > Download . Only the meeting organizer can download the recording.
