Use voice typing to talk instead of type on your PC
How to start voice typing. To use voice typing, you'll need to be connected to the internet, have a working microphone, and have your cursor in a text box. Once you turn on voice typing, it will start listening automatically. Wait for the "Listening..." alert before you start speaking.
Send automatic replies (out of office) from Outlook
On the View tab, select View settings in new Outlook. Select Accounts > Automatic Replies . Select the Turn on automatic replies toggle. Select Send replies only during a time period, and then enter start and end times. Under Send automatic replies inside your organization, enter the message to send while you're away.

Play, share, and download a meeting recording in Microsoft Teams
Select the Files or Shared tab in the meeting chat, channel, or meeting in calendar. Find and select the file. Select More options > Download . Only the meeting organizer can download the recording.
