Safe Senders in Outlook.com. To ensure messages from known addresses or domains don't get moved to your Junk Email folder, add them to your safe senders list: Open your Safe Senders settings. Under Safe senders and domains, enter the email address or domain you want to add, and select Add.

Storage limits in Outlook.com. You get 15 GB of free Outlook.com email storage which is separate from your Microsoft cloud storage. You have 5 GB of free cloud storage with your Microsoft account shared across your files and photos in OneDrive, attachments in Outlook.com and your Microsoft 365 apps. Microsoft 365 subscribers get 50 GB of space.

Sign in to verify your Outlook.com account. When you click the verification link, you're asked to type a series of random characters as shown in a picture. You can listen to an audio file that states the characters if you prefer.
