If you can't sign in to your Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN email account, or you're not sure how to sign in or sign out, here are some solutions.

SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

Change your password in Outlook.com. Your Outlook.com password is the same as your Microsoft account password. Go to Microsoft account security and select Password security. As a security measure, you might be prompted to verify your identity with a security code.

The app connects your computer with the Microsoft support agent’s computer using a remote connection. If your purchase of Office or Microsoft 365 came with a product key, you enter your product key on one of the websites listed below for your product. After you enter your key, you can download and install Office, or you can renew your Microsoft 365 subscription. Tip: Get tech expertise with Business Assist.

Enable and disable your touchscreen in Windows. Windows 10. In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select Device Manager. Select the arrow next to Human Interface Devices and then select HID-compliant touch screen. (There may be more than one listed.)
