File sharing over a network in Windows - Microsoft Support
To share a file or folder over a network in File Explorer, do the following: Right-click (or long-press) a file, and then select Show more options > Give access to Specific people. Select a user on the network to share the file with, or select Everyone to give all network users access to the file.

Save an Outlook message as a .eml file, a PDF file, or as a draft
Save a message as a file on your computer or in the cloud. In Mail, from the message list, select the message you want to save so it opens in the reading pane, or double-click the message to open to open it in a new window. From the message header, select More actions > Save as.

Automatically add a signature to a message. You can create an email signature that you can add automatically to all outgoing messages or add manually to specific ones. For Outlook.com, select Mail > Compose and reply. For Outlook on the web, select Email > Compose and reply.

Change send/receive group settings - Microsoft Support
Change your send/receive settings. Select Send/Receive > Send/Receive Groups > Define Send/Receive Groups. Select the group you want to change. If you only want to send and receive mail when you press F9, clear the first Schedule an automatic send/receive every n minutes option.
