If you encrypt an Outlook message that contains voting buttons, message recipients won't be able to see them. That feature isn't supported at this time. Create an email message or reply to or forward a message that you received. On the Options tab, in the Tracking group, click Use Voting Buttons.

You can get an alert whenever a file, link, or folder is changed in a SharePoint document library. Depending on the item (file, folder, link), you might see different options when you set an alert. Go to the list or library. Select the file, link, or folder for which you want to get an alert.
