Choose the Xbox app from the results to open the app. Select your gamerpic, and then select Settings. Select Redeem under Redeem a code. Enter the 25-character code, select Next, and then follow the prompts. Note You can’t redeem a code on the Xbox app for mobile at this time.

Open the Authenticator app, select Add account from the Customize and control icon in the upper-right, select Other account (Google, Facebook, etc.), and then select OR ENTER CODE MANUALLY. Enter an Account name (for example, Amazon) and type the Secret key from Step 1, and then select Finish.

If you want to track your Microsoft Rewards order after you redeem an award, sign in to the Rewards page with your Microsoft account, select Redeem and then select Order history. On the Order history page, find your order and then look under Status. Open Rewards dashboard.

Select your Xbox profile (or select Choose a profile and sign in to your account). Select My profile > Customize profile, and then select your current gamertag. Under Choose your new gamertag, enter the gamertag that you want in the available text box, and then select Check availability.
