Record last… turns the most recent moments of play into a game clip when background recording is turned on. Set the duration in Windows Settings > Gaming > Captures. Find your game clips and screenshots by opening Game Bar and selecting Widget Menu > Gallery.

Find your friends to play and chat. Your friends list shows you what your Xbox friends are up to and lets you interact with them. Jump straight into a text or party chat (one on one or in a group), join a friend’s PC game or invite them to yours, and look for people to follow.

Game Bar is built into Windows 11 so you can capture videos and screenshots while playing PC games. While you're playing a game, press the Windows logo key + G on your keyboard to open Game Bar. If you have an Xbox 360 or Xbox One controller plugged in to your PC, press the Xbox button.
