Before you start. Check these things before you start troubleshooting Bluetooth on your device: Check your product information. If you’re setting up a new device and Bluetooth is missing, check the product specifications to make sure it has Bluetooth capabilities.

If you’re having sound or audio problems, the following suggestions might help. The tips are listed in order, so start with the first one, see if that helps, and then continue to the next one if it doesn’t.

Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.Or, if you are using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, and then click Search.Type Command Prompt in the Search box, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.

Check the Xbox services, games, and apps for any service outages.

Note: The Wireless Display app is available on devices running Windows 11 version 22H2 and newer.If you're running an earlier version of Windows, launch the Connect app by entering connect in the search box on the taskbar, and selecting Connect in the list of results. If you selected the Show icon on my profile check box but the icon still isn’t displaying, sign out of the device where you have the issue and then sign back in. On a PC, you may also be required to restart the app: Start Task Manager, choose the app that’s running (Game Bar or Xbox app), select End task, and then restart the app.
