In your Microsoft account: Open a web browser on another device. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey to find your recovery key. Tip: You can sign into your Microsoft account on any device with internet access, such as a smartphone. It should look something like this:

Digital licenses are associated with your hardware and linked to your Microsoft account, so there's nothing you need to find on your PC. You're all set once your PC is connected to the internet and you log in to your Microsoft account.

Press [ Windows Key] + R or select Start > Run. Type “tpm.msc” (do not use quotation marks) and choose OK. If you see a message saying a “Compatible TPM cannot be found,” your PC may have a TPM that is disabled.
