Download files from OneDrive to your device - Microsoft Support
When using the OneDrive app, you can download a local copy of a file to your device. In the OneDrive app, open the folder that has the files you want to download. Make sure the folder contents appear in List view, not as thumbnails. Tap More next to the file you want to save and then tap Save.

Change the default file format for saving workbooks
You can change the default file format to any other file format that is supported in Excel. For example, if you frequently create macros in a workbook, you may want to automatically save a new workbook as an Excel Macro-Enabled Workbook (.xlsm).

Import or copy the AutoComplete list to another computer
