Use voice access to control your PC & author text with your voice
Voice access in Windows 11 enables everyone, including people with mobility disabilities, to control their PC and author text using their voice. For example, you can open and switch between apps, browse the web, and read and author emails using your voice.
Co-author Office files - Microsoft Support
Enter the email addresses of the people you'd like to work on your file with, or if you have their contact info stored in your address book, enter their names. Type a short message if you want. Select Send. Tip: To get a link to send in email, Teams chat, or a document, select Share and choose Copy Link.

Find your files and apps in Windows - Microsoft Support
To find files stored inside a folder, search from a folder like Downloads. To do a slow but in-depth search, search from This PC instead of Home . You can also find files from Microsoft365.com from File Explorer Home. To change this setting: Select More and choose Options.
