If you can't sign in to your Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN email account, or you're not sure how to sign in or sign out, here are some solutions.

Set up another email account in Outlook for Android. Open the Outlook for Android app on your Android device. Open the Menu , and then select Settings . Select Add Account to add one of your existing email accounts, or Create New Account if you want to create a new Microsoft account.

Block or unblock senders in Outlook. You can block messages from specific email addresses or domains from reaching your inbox. When you add an email address or domain to your blocked senders list, Outlook automatically moves messages from that sender to the Junk Email folder.

Create an Outlook profile. A profile is a critical part of your Outlook experience. The profile consists of the accounts, data files, and settings that specify where your email messages are saved. To create a new profile, use the profile picker: Hold Shift while starting Outlook.
