Use an add-in while composing a message. Create a new message or reply to an existing one. From the ribbon, select the Message tab, then choose the add-in you want to use. If the add-in doesn’t appear in the ribbon, select Apps to view your installed add-ins.

The Encrypt button contains both encryption options (S/MIME and IRM). The S/MIME option is only visible if you have an S/MIME certificate configured in Outlook. For detailed instructions on adding encryption, check Encrypting with S/MIME or Encrypt with Microsoft 365 Message Encryption.

All Outlook Data Files (.pst) and Offline Data Files (.ost) are listed along with the name of the account the files are associated with. If you cannot open your Outlook data file or suspect that the file is damaged, use the Inbox Repair tool (scanpst.exe) to repair errors in the file.

Unblock a single Excel XLL Add-in. In most cases you can unblock an XLL by modifying the properties of the file as follows: Open Windows File Explorer and go to the folder where you saved the file. Right-click the file and choose Properties from the context menu.

While composing a message, select the dropdown next to Send and select Schedule send. Select one of the default options, then select Send or choose a custom time and then select Send . After you select Send, the message remains in the Draft folder until the delivery time.
