From the Overview page, select Office apps and on that page, find the Microsoft 365 product you want to install and select Install. To install Microsoft 365 in a different language, or to install the 64-bit version, use the dropdown to find more options.

Select File > Get Add-ins. Alternatively, in Word, Excel and PowerPoint you can view your add-ins by selecting Home > Add-ins.

Lock or unlock specific areas of a protected worksheet. You can insert a drop-down list of valid entries (also called a drop-down menu or drop-down box) in Excel to make data entry easier, or to limit entries to certain items that you define.

Use an add-in while composing a message. Create a new message or reply to an existing one. From the ribbon, select the Message tab, then choose the add-in you want to use. If the add-in doesn’t appear in the ribbon, select Apps to view your installed add-ins.

If you set up your list source as an Excel table, then all you need to do is add or remove items from the list, and Excel will automatically update any associated drop-downs for you. To add an item, go to the end of the list and type the new item. To remove an item, press Delete.
