If you pre-ordered a game and want to cancel, you can do so up to 10 days before the game launches at: Order history. You can manage all of your Microsoft subscriptions in your Microsoft account dashboard. Select each subscription to change when and how you pay, or to see order history & receipts. Choose your account type.

To cancel your subscription on your Xbox console: Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Subscriptions. Choose the subscription that you want to manage, and then follow the steps to cancel. If eligible, you may be prompted to initiate a refund for your subscription.
