If you haven't already set up messages, do the following: On your PC, in the Phone Link, select Messages. To start a new conversation, select New message. Enter the name or phone number of a contact. Select the person you want to send a message to. A new message thread opens for you to begin with.

Open Steam, and then launch a game that supports Xbox account linking (for example, Gears 5). Sign in to the Xbox network when prompted. Select the account linking option in the game’s menu. When the Steam account linking overlay appears, select Yes, continue. Choose which friends you want to follow.

When your camera isn't working in Windows 11, it might be missing drivers after a recent update. It's also possible that your antivirus program is blocking the camera, your privacy settings don't allow camera access for some apps, or there's a problem with the app you want to use.

Windows 11. You can make additional apps available for automatic startup. The apps will show up in the options you see on the Startup page in Settings as you set apps to run automatically when you start your device (when selected, the apps might show in your taskbar or elsewhere—or the apps might start behind the scenes).
