Fixes an issue in which the iscsicpl.exe process stops responding in Windows Vista, in Windows Server 2008, in Windows 7, or in Windows Server 2008 R2. This issue occurs when you try to reconnect a storage device to a computer.

Go to Update & security (Windows Update on Windows 11), then select Check for updates. Check your Game Bar settings. Press the Start button , then choose Settings. Go to Gaming > Game bar, then turn on Record game clips, screenshots, and broadcast using Game bar.

If you cannot open your Outlook data file or suspect that the file is damaged, use the Inbox Repair tool (scanpst.exe) to repair errors in the file.
