This feature allows you to access your previously downloaded or synchronized email messages, calendar information, contacts, and tasks without an internet connection. Certain types of accounts, such as POP accounts, store their information in the Outlook Data File (.pst) format.

Sign in to Outlook on the web. At the top of the page, select Settings > Mail. Under Options, select General > Region and time zone. Under Region and time zones settings, select the language, date and time formats, and the time zone you want to use. Select Save.

Select Settings > Calendar > Work hours and location. Select checkboxes for the days you want to set. Use the dropdowns to select your work hours and your location each day. Share which building you're working from and where you'll be sitting. Select the Share office location details checkbox.

To convert UTC to local time, follow these steps: Determine your local time offset from UTC time. To do this, follow these steps on a Microsoft Windows-based computer: Click Start, click Run, type timedate.cpl, and then click OK. Click the Time Zone tab, and then verify that your local time zone is selected.

All Outlook Data Files (.pst) and Offline Data Files (.ost) are listed along with the name of the account the files are associated with. If you cannot open your Outlook data file or suspect that the file is damaged, use the Inbox Repair tool (scanpst.exe) to repair errors in the file.
