Microsoft first introduced the signing requirement for user mode PEs in Windows 11, version 21H2. These changes were serviced to the supported Windows client and Windows server products through Windows Update. All versions of Windows 11 natively support Trusted Signing for user mode PE files.

If your online mailbox is nearly full, you can export some items to an Outlook Data File (.pst). You can also use these files to create archives, project files, or backups from any Outlook account. To learn how, see Export or backup email, contacts, and calendar to an Outlook .pst file.

For Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Outlook.com accounts, all of your information is stored on the server, but an offline copy is also stored on your local computer in an Offline Outlook Data File (.ost). For POP and IMAP accounts, you might store your Outlook items in an Outlook Data File (.pst).
