If you can't sign in to your Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN email account, or you're not sure how to sign in or sign out, here are some solutions.

Change your password in Outlook.com. Your Outlook.com password is the same as your Microsoft account password. Go to Microsoft account security and select Password security. As a security measure, you might be prompted to verify your identity with a security code.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Subscriptions. Select the subscription that you want to manage. From here, you can view your plan, expiration date, billing history, subscription status, and change how you pay.

If you pre-ordered a game and want to cancel, you can do so up to 10 days before the game launches at: Order history. On your PC, in the Phone Link, select Messages. To start a new conversation, select New message. Enter the name or phone number of a contact. Select the person you want to send a message to. A new message thread opens for you to begin with.
