File sharing will start on your mobile device connected to Phone Link . Ensure Windows notifications for Phone Link are enabled to monitor the file sharing process in real-time.

Select the Files or Shared tab in the meeting chat, channel, or meeting in calendar. Find and select the file. Select More options > Download . Only the meeting organizer can download the recording. TPM 2.0 is used in Windows 11 for a number of features, including Windows Hello for identity protection and BitLocker for data protection.
