Select a file, select the Share tab at the top of File Explorer, and then in the Share with section select Specific people.. On the toolbar at the top right, select Open to open it in Windows Photo Editor.. In Photo Editor, select Edit & Create > Edit.. At the top of the window, select the option that reflects what you want to do: Crop & rotate, Filters, and Adjustments.
