To share a file or folder in File Explorer, do one of the following: Right-click or press a file, select Give access to > Specific people.. Create a channel from a team name: Select either See all of your teams or See all your teams and channels to see a list of the teams you belong to.. Locate the team you'd like to add a channel to.
