Unhide a chat. Unhide a chat that you've hidden before by using search. In the Search box at the top of Teams, type the name of the person you were chatting with and select it from the list of returned names. You'll see that the chat history is hidden and the name appears in italic text to mark it as hidden.

Create a channel from a team name: Select either See all of your teams or See all your teams and channels to see a list of the teams you belong to.. Locate the team you'd like to add a channel to. To the right of the team name, select More options > Add channel.. Fill in some quick details about your channel by choosing a name, entering an optional description, and a channel type.

When you're done adding members, select Add and then Close.. Create a channel. By default, every team gets a General channel, which is a good channel to use for announcements and information the whole team needs. To add more: Select More options next to the team name.. Select Add channel.. Enter a name and description for your channel.
