Manually add an account to the Microsoft Authenticator app
Open the Authenticator app, select Add account from the Customize and control icon in the upper-right, select Other account (Google, Facebook, etc.), and then select OR ENTER CODE MANUALLY. Enter an Account name (for example, Amazon) and type the Secret key from Step 1, and then select Finish.
Add your work or school account to the Microsoft Authenticator app

Join a meeting in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support
When you receive an invite to a meeting, you can join from your Teams calendar. If someone sends you a meeting invite in Chat, select the link > Join now. In Teams, select Calendar to see your meetings. Find the meeting you want to attend and select Join.
