In the Microsoft 365 admin center, you can manage the payment information and billing for your Microsoft 365 subscription. From here you can review your invoices, add a new payment method, or check your other Microsoft billing information.

If you want to track your Microsoft Rewards order after you redeem an award, sign in to the Rewards page with your Microsoft account, select Redeem and then select Order history. On the Order history page, find your order and then look under Status. Open Rewards dashboard.

Select your Xbox profile (or select Choose a profile and sign in to your account). Select My profile > Customize profile, and then select your current gamertag. Under Choose your new gamertag, enter the gamertag that you want in the available text box, and then select Check availability.

Check your expiration status. Go to your Services & subscriptions page. If prompted, choose Sign in and enter the Microsoft account email and password associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription. Review the details under the Services & Subscriptions heading.
