Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

Contact Support. For technical support, go to Contact Microsoft Support, enter your problem and select Get Help. If you want to track your Microsoft Rewards order after you redeem an award, sign in to the Rewards page with your Microsoft account, select Redeem and then select Order history. On the Order history page, find your order and then look under Status. Open Rewards dashboard.

When you sign up for a Microsoft account or add an email address to your account, we automatically send a request to that email for you to verify that we have the right address. To finish the process, just follow the verification link in the email.
