There are a number of possible explanations for why verification codes don't always arrive. Read through the list of the most common causes, and see if any of them apply to you, or use our troubleshooter to help guide you.

Open the Authenticator app, select Add account from the Customize and control icon in the upper-right, select Other account (Google, Facebook, etc.), and then select OR ENTER CODE MANUALLY. Enter an Account name (for example, Google) and type the Secret key from Step 1, and then select Finish.

To connect your controller with Xbox Wireless, you might need the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows. If your PC has Xbox Wireless built in, you can connect the controller directly without an adapter. If you’re using the Xbox Wireless Adapter: Plug the Xbox Wireless Adapter into your PC.

Select your Xbox profile (or select Choose a profile and sign in to your account). Select My profile > Customiseprofile, and then select your current gamertag. Under Choose your new gamertag, enter the gamertag that you want in the available text box, and then select Check availability.

You can use a voice typing language that's different than the one you've chosen for Windows. Here's how: Search for the language you'd like to install, then select. or install any optional language features you'd like to use. These features, including speech recognition, aren't required for voice typing to work.

Pairing an Xbox controller to your console. You have two options for connecting your Xbox Wireless Controller to your console: using the console’s Pair button for a wireless connection and using a USB to micro-USB cable (or USB to USB-C cable) for a wired connection.

If you're unable to use the Teams app or Teams on the web, you can join some meetings by calling a phone number. Learn more here: Join a Teams meeting by phone. If there's a phone number and conference ID in the meeting invite, just dial the number to join. Note: Calling in to a Teams meeting does not require a pin.
