Change your password in Outlook.com. Your Outlook.com password is the same as your Microsoft account password. Go to Microsoft account security and select Password security. As a security measure, you might be prompted to verify your identity with a security code.

When your camera isn't working in Windows 11, it might be missing drivers after a recent update. It's also possible that your antivirus program is blocking the camera, your privacy settings don't allow camera access for some apps, or there's a problem with the app you want to use.

If you can't sign in to your Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN email account, or you're not sure how to sign in or sign out, here are some solutions.

Select your Xbox profile (or select Choose a profile and sign in to your account). Select My profile > Customize profile, and then select your current gamertag. Under Choose your new gamertag, enter the gamertag that you want in the available text box, and then select Check availability.

Microsoft account. If your account has been hacked, use our sign-in helper tool below to help guide you to the right solutions. The tool will ask for your email address or phone number, and either show appropriate self-help, or offer the chance to talk to an agent.

Launch a game, and then press Windows logo key + G to open Game Bar. Select Widget Menu > Xbox Achievements to see achievement details for the game that you’re playing. Select a secret achievement, and then select Reveal achievement to show details on that achievement.

Turn off, disable, or uninstall OneDrive. If you just don't want to use OneDrive, the easiest solution is to unlink it - see the steps below. Tips: If you want to stop OneDrive for a while, or not use all of it, here are some other solutions:

Sending a message. If you haven't already set up messages, do the following: On your PC, in the Phone Link, select Messages. To start a new conversation, select New message. Enter the name or phone number of a contact. Select the person you want to send a message to.

Open files from the File menu. Excel for Microsoft 365 Word for Microsoft 365 More... The Open tab on the File menu shows a list of files you’ve recently opened, and it includes links to places where you commonly store files.
