Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

In Microsoft Teams, you can add published SharePoint pages, lists, and document libraries as individual tabs in a Teams channel. Team members can view pages, edit lists, work with their shared files, and add comments in the Teams tabs.

Select + Create site. Select whether you'd like to create a Team site or a Communication site. Name your site, give it a description, select privacy settings, and then select Next. Add the names or email addresses of anyone else you want to manage the site in the Add members box.

To switch voice typing languages, you'll need to change the input language you use. Here's how: Select the language switcher in the corner of your taskbar. Press the language switcher in the bottom right of the touch keyboard.

Select your Xbox profile (or select Choose a profile and sign in to your account). Select My profile > Customize profile, and then select your current gamertag. Under Choose your new gamertag, enter the gamertag that you want in the available text box, and then select Check availability.

All you need to join a Teams meeting is a link. Select Join the meeting now in your meeting invite to be taken to a page where you can choose to either join on the web or download the desktop app. If you already have the Teams app, the meeting will open there automatically.

Windows 11 Windows 10. You can repair some apps and programs if they're not running correctly. Note that you won't see repair, change, or modify options for all apps and programs. Repair options from the Settings page. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Apps & features in Settings.

Suffixes are subtle so that the focus is on the name you chose, but they are always shown. If you do decide to change your existing gamertag, be aware that you may lose it to someone else. To learn more about creating a new gamertag, see: How to change your Xbox gamertag.

Add another account within Microsoft Teams (free) It's easy to add another account within your Teams app. Tap your profile picture or More . Tap Add account. From here you can add another account. Just enter your sign in information and follow the instructions.
