In Input, select the microphone that you want to test. In Input settings, look at Input volume while speaking into the microphone. If the bar moves while you speak, your microphone is working properly. If don't see the bar moving, go to Test your microphone and select Start test.

Fix touchpad problems in Windows. If your touchpad isn’t working, it may be a result of a missing or out-of-date driver. Updating or reinstalling your touchpad drivers in Device Manager may help solve the problem. To open Device Manager, enter device manager in Search on the taskbar, then select Device Manager.

Update your controller firmware. You can do this on a PC by installing the Xbox Accessories app from the Microsoft Store, and then connecting the controller while the app is open. If you’re unable to update your controller, go to “Additional troubleshooting” below. Make sure that you have the latest Windows update.
