Choose number of pages to print per sheet: Printing multiple pages on a single sheet of paper is a useful technique to save paper, reduce printing costs, and create compact versions of your documents. Depending on how your administrator has set up your organization, one or more of the following options will be available for you to set up as your security verification method.

Select the View tab and, in Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives and OK.
