At the top of the page, select Recover deleted messages. Outlook will recover as many messages as possible and put them in your Deleted Items folder.

To remove an account and add again: Go to Settings, then select the account you want to delete. Select Remove Account. Select From Device, (removes the account, but keeps the data) or From Device & Remote Data, (removes the account and all the information related to that account). Add the account again.
