Turn Bluetooth on or off in Windows - Microsoft Support

Transcribe your recordings - Microsoft Support
You can upload a pre-recorded audio file and then transcribe the recording. Make sure you’re signed into Microsoft 365, using the new Microsoft Edge or Chrome. Go to Home > Dictate dropdown > Transcribe. In the Transcribe pane, select Upload audio. Choose an audio file from the file picker.
