Symptoms. Assume that you have a system that has more than 20 cores. When you run an instance of Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Business Intelligence on the system, SQL Server Analysis Services uses only the first 20 cores.

Summary. A remote code execution vulnerability exists in Microsoft SQL Server when it incorrectly handles processing of internal functions. An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could execute code in the context of the SQL Server Database Engine service account.
