Enabling add-ins when sending email from a secondary email account. When sending a meeting request from your primary email account, the Office add-ins are enabled on the ribbon. However, when you select a secondary email account, the Office add-ins aren't enabled on the ribbon.

Certain types of accounts do not have add-ins enabled yet. You should be seeing the add-in features mentioned in "What are add-ins and how do they work?" if you have a Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com account.
