Add-ins can add a lot of functionality to Microsoft 365, but they are often used by people with bad intentions to distribute malware to unsuspecting victims. Add-ins aren't required for everyday use like reading or editing Excel workbooks. In most cases you can do everything you need to do in Excel without allowing add-ins to run.

To verify the add-in name, view your list of add-ins in the Excel Add-in Manager. From an open Excel sheet, select File, choose Options, and then choose the Add-Ins category. In the Manage box, select Excel Add-ins, and then choose Go. This will display the add-ins manager with your list of available add-ins.

Notes: Starting in Outlook for Windows Version 2303 (Build 16215.10000), the All Apps button replaces the Get Add-ins buttonon the ribbon to view installed add-ins and access the Office Store.If you’re using an earlier version of Outlook, you'll see the Get Add-ins button instead..
