Test your camera with the Camera app. Select Start , then choose Camera from your apps. If you're asked to allow access to the Camera, select Yes.If the camera works in the Camera app, the problem might be with the app you're trying to use.

Note: If you see the icon next to the On/Off toggle for an app, you can select it to see the registry location that contains the path for the app. Apps installed through Microsoft Store (.MSIX apps) don’t have these icons. 1. Sign in with your Microsoft account. You will be prompted to Sign in with Microsoft account. If you have an existing Microsoft account on your mobile device then you will be asked to confirm your account, then click Continue.. If you don't have an existing Microsoft account on your mobile device then you will be asked to sign into your account or create a new one, then click Continue.

Tips: While signing in, select Yes at the "Stay signed in?" prompt if you want to go straight to your mailbox next time (not recommended for shared computers). Alternatively, check the "Don't show this again" box and select No to be prompted for your password each time..
