Summary. Cipher.exe is a command-line tool (included with Windows 2000) that you can use to manage encrypted data by using the Encrypting File System (EFS). As of June 2001, Microsoft has developed an improved version of the Cipher.exe tool that provides the ability to permanently overwrite (or "wipe") all of the deleted data on a hard disk.

Fixes an issue in which the TSManager.exe and TSInstallSWUpdates.exe processes freeze in System Center Configuration Manager 2007 SP2. This issue occurs when you configure an OSD task to use the "Install Software Updates" action and run the OSD task on a client computer.

64-bit version. The 64-bit version of OneDrive is automatically installed with later versions of Windows. Note: If you're using PerMachine, you'll need to run OneDriveSetup.exe /allusers.
