When a team owner creates a shared channel, that team becomes the host team. A shared channel sits inside a host team. Channel owners can share a channel with the host team or add people to a shared channel without adding them to the host team. Note: Once you create a shared channel, you can't change the host team.

On your SharePoint site, go to the library where you want to share files. Pick the file or folder you want to share by selecting its circle icon. Note: Sharing multiple items at the same time is not available. Instead, you can add the things you'd like to share to a folder and then share the folder.

In the upper right corner of the app window, click or tap Share. Note: If you don’t see the Share button, you might be using OneNote 2016 and not OneNote for Windows 10. Although you can’t share a single page of notes in OneNote 2016, you can send OneNote notes in email. At the bottom of the Send Link pane, click or tap Send copy of page.

Select a file, then select Share. Under Share with an app, choose the app you'd like to share with, such as OneNote. Tip: There's another way to share—right-click (or select and hold) the file you want to share, then select Share from the shortcut menu. Select the name of the device you want to share with. On the device you’re sharing with, select Save & open or Save when the notification appears.

From the ribbon, select the View tab Calendar settings > Calendar > Shared calendars. Under the section Publish a calendar, select the calendar you want to publish from the dropdown and select the permissions you want to grant. Click Publish. HTML and ICS links will appear below. Copy the HTML or ICS links for how you want to share the calendar.

Also make sure the primary PC is turned on, connected to the printer, and connected to the network. Note: When sharing a printer, make sure that sharing settings are set up on the primary and secondary PCs. Also, make sure you know the name of the primary PC. At the time we tested this functionality in Current Channel, attempting to add the same shared calendar twice to a different calendar module, (Add Calendar, From Address Book) or (Add Calendar, Open Shared Calendar), opens the calendar checked in the calendar pane. This was the behavior if only the primary calendar was open in the Calendar module.

In OneDrive, in the navigation pane, select Shared > With you. Find the folder you want to add, and click the circle in the folder's tile to select it. Select Add shortcut to My files.
