Select a file, then select Share. Under Share with an app, choose the app you'd like to share with, such as OneNote. Notes: You can view folders shared with you in your OneDrive folder by adding a shortcut. Previously, if changes were made to a shared calendar, it could take up to a few minutes for the shared calendar recipient to see those same changes reflected in their view of the shared calendar. Now, changes sync and appear instantly. Similarly, when you select a shared calendar, it used to take up to a few seconds for the calendar to load.

When someone shares a folder with you, it appears in the Shared section of your OneDrive.com.If you have Edit permissions to those shared folders, you can add them to the My files section of your OneDrive to make them easier to access and work with. When a team owner creates a shared channel, that team becomes the host team. A shared channel sits inside a host team.
