If you’re setting up your Xbox 360 console to connect to Xbox Live, the Xbox 360 First-Time Connection Solution will walk you through setup and testing of a wired or wireless connection, signing in to Xbox Live, and configuring your Xbox Live account.

Check the Xbox status page. If you see any services with alerts, expand the service, scroll down to Notifications, and sign in to receive a message when the service is up and running again.

Sign in to Xbox Live using the gamertag that you used when you originally purchased the content. Go to Settings and select Account.; Select Download History.; Browse your download history. If you want to download something again, select the item, and then select Download Again.
