On the Insert tab, select Pictures > Picture from File.. Browse to the picture you want to insert, select it, and then select Insert. Select the picture to show the Picture Format tab.. On the Picture Format tab, select Crop, and then crop the signature.. Right-click the picture, and then select Save as Picture to save it as a separate file you can use in other documents.

To share a file or folder in File Explorer, do one of the following: Right-click or press a file, select Give access to > Specific people.. Select a file, select the Share tab at the top of File Explorer, and then in the Share with section select Specific people.. Select a user on the network to share the file with, or select Everyone to give all network users access to the file.

A language is considered foreign to you if it's not included in your Preferred languages list in Settings.
