Sometimes you may encounter a block when trying to sign. We understand this can be frustrating and disruptive, but here are some of the reasons behind blocks, and guidance on how to overcome them.

In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > SharePoint Tip: If you don't see the SharePoint app after selecting the app launcher, you can find it by either selecting More apps, or using the Search box near the top of the window to search for SharePoint.

Tips: While signing in, select Yes at the "Stay signed in?" prompt if you want to go straight to your mailbox next time (not recommended for shared computers). Alternatively, check the "Don't show this again" box and select No to be prompted for your password each time.. Hardware problems can be caused by outdated or malfunctioning drivers. Make sure your audio driver is up to date and update it if needed. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the audio driver (it will reinstall automatically).

If you have a subscription through a Microsoft 365 (or Office 365) plan, that's separate from Office 2024 or Office LTSC 2024. For example, if you are already using Microsoft 365 or if your organization deployed Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise to the users in your organization, you don't need Office 2024 or Office LTSC 2024.
