To open Microsoft Edge, in the search box on the taskbar, type Microsoft Edge, and then select it from the results. Windows 11 Windows 10. To open File Explorer in Windows 11, select File Explorer on the taskbar or press the Windows logo key + E on your keyboard. Here are some things to try if File Explorer won't open.

Repair an Outlook data file (.pst) file. Open SCANPST.EXE. Select Browse to select the Outlook Data File (.pst) you want to scan. If you need help locating your Outlook Data File, see Locating the Outlook Data Files. Note: By default, a new log file is created during the scan.

To create installation media, go to the software download website, where you'll find step-by-step instructions. On that website, you can select a version of Windows and create your own installation media using either a USB flash drive or a DVD. To go directly to one of the versions, select one of these links: Windows 10 (Then select Download now.)

Select the drive you want to clean up, and then select OK. Under Files to delete, select the file types to get rid of. To get a description of the file type, select it. Select OK. If you need to free up more space, you can also delete system files: In Disk Cleanup, select Clean up system files. Select the file types to get rid of.

Some sites are built to work with Internet Explorer and have functionality that isn't supported by modern browsers such as Microsoft Edge. If you need to view one of these sites, you can use Internet Explorer Mode in Microsoft Edge.

In the browser, go to Settings and more > About Microsoft Edge (edge://settings/help). Depending on where you purchased your device, you may see one or both of following toggles: Download and install updates automatically. Download updates over metered connections. Turn on any available toggles to always allow automatic downloads of updates.

Sign in to Office.com and go to OneDrive. Select My Files. Choose where you want to upload a file or folder. Select Upload > Files or Folders. Find what you want to upload and select Open . Or, you can select files or folders on your computer and drag them into the OneDrive web browser window.

To check if Windows 11 is ready for your device, go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates. If the upgrade is available for your device and you want to proceed, download and install it. Note: Downloading and installing Windows 11 will most likely take longer than a typical Windows 10 feature update.

Select the OneDrive cloud in your notification area to show the OneDrive pop-up. Select the OneDrive Help and Settings icon then select Settings. Go to the Account tab. Select Unlink this PC. macOS. Click the OneDrive cloud icon up in your Menu bar, click the three dots to open the menu, and select Preferences. Go to the Account tab.
