Switch the camera driver to the USB Video Device driver If there wasn't an updated driver on Windows Update, or the updated driver on Windows Update didn't fix the problem, try using the generic USB Video Device driver: Under the expanded Cameras category, right-click the camera having the issue and select Properties.
