In the Add-Ins dialog box, select the check boxes the add-ins that you want to use, and then click OK. If Excel displays a message that states it can't run this add-in and prompts you to install it, click Yes to install the add-ins. The transcribe feature converts speech to a text transcript with each speaker individually separated. After your conversation, interview, or meeting, you can revisit parts of the recording by playing back the timestamped audio and edit the transcription to make corrections.

Tip: To quickly open the On-screen Keyboard in Windows 11, click the Windows button.Begin typing On-Screen Keyboard which will appear in the search entry box. 1. Sign in with your Microsoft account. You will be prompted to Sign in with Microsoft account. If you have an existing Microsoft account on your mobile device then you will be asked to confirm your account, then click Continue.. If you don't have an existing Microsoft account on your mobile device then you will be asked to sign into your account or create a new one, then click Continue.

After you update a drop-down list, make sure it works the way you want. For example, check to see how to Change the column width and row height to show your updated entries. If the list of entries for your drop-down list is on another worksheet and you want to prevent users from seeing it or making changes, consider hiding and protecting that worksheet.

You can open the Copilot pane via the Copilot icon in the ribbon's Home tab. This helpful feature provides answers to questions—broad or specific—about your document. You can even iterate and refine with back-and-forth discussions, get a summary or specific information about the document content, or ask it to generate ideas, tables, or lists that you can copy and insert into your document.
