To clear your out of office status and turn off your automatic reply in Teams, return to the Out of Office screen, click the toggle next to Turn on automatic replies and select the Save button. Once you've scheduled an out of office status and message in Teams, you'll see automatic replies turned on in Outlook with the time range and message you set in Teams.

Note: If you are in tablet mode, desktop icons are not displayed.To see your desktop icons in tablet mode, go to Start > Settings > System > Tablet, then select Change additional tablet settings.Under When I'm using tablet mode, make sure that Hide app icons on the taskbar and Automatically hide the taskbar are both set to Off.

If you're trying to add your Outlook.com account to Outlook or another mail app, you might need the POP, IMAP, or SMTP settings. Repair programs in Control Panel. Select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Repair if it's available.If it isn't available or doesn't fix the problem, select Reset.

On the Email tab, choose your account (profile), and then choose Repair.
